ASE migration from 12.5.2 to ASE 15.7

Hi

I need help with the following questions :

Is it possible to upgrade Sybase ASE database directly from version 12.5.2 ebf 11791 to ASE 15.7 SP 110 using dump & load method? OR do we need to upgrade first from 12.5.2 to 12.5.4?

Are there any known issues with ASE 15.7 SP 110?  When is ASE 15.7 SP 120 getting released?
