Simply put, since Sybase SQL Server 11.0.3.3 (with esd 6) for Linux was the lastversion of Sybase that could be used in production for FREE, where can people legally download it? I know that if you look you will find it for download on 3rd party sites but not at any Sybase or SAP site. AFAIK and IANAL, the license prohibited distribution via 3rd parties. (A certain version of SUSE Linux had 11.0.2 I think)
