What's WaitEventID 311

Good morning,

Our DBAs loaded a 'cross-platform' dump on friday and the operation is still running.

They told me the current step is "Started cross-platform conversion for log records."

I'm very surprised the load is that slow (almost 2 days).  I checked in the dataserver log file but couldn't find any relevant information. Teh I looked in MonProcessActivity what my process was doing and it's mainly waiting. Then I looked in monProcessWaits to get an idea of the main WaitingEvent and it's WaitEventID 311

Looking at monProcessWaitEventInfo it says WaitEventID 311 is "dbshutdown waiting before reaching first barrier"

Could anyone explain me what this event is? or anyone has anyclue that could explain this slowness?
